By accessing and using everyimg.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

EveryIMG provides free browser-based image utility tools including resizing, cropping, compression and format conversion. All processing is performed locally in your browser.

3. Free Use

The Service is provided free of charge, funded through non-intrusive advertising. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool without prior notice.

4. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the tools for any specific purpose. Use at your own risk.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The website design, code, and branding are owned by Christian Lechner. All output produced by the tools belongs entirely to the user.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not: reverse-engineer or decompile the Service; use automated systems to excessively access the Service; or use the Service for any illegal purpose.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bolzano, Italy.
